Rough times for the consensus top law school in the country. Inviting recognized hate groups to campus, jettisoning principle to suck up to grandstanding hacks and otherwise sniveling in the face of even the lightest disingenuous criticism, lining up to shower praises on alumni accused of attempted rape, and inextricably tying their name to couch erotica.
Yale Law School has exclusively stepped on rakes for years now. How can this venerable institution right itself?
