
Four years ago when I raised this issue, no Am Law 100 firm had a billable hour credit for mental health and well-being hours. Now, I’m guessing five to eight firms have up to 25 hours of billable credit as standard for firm-sponsored mental health and wellbeing programs. It’s one small step.
